What is faith?

 Hey there bloggers!
 If you have been following my blog for any lentgh of time
you know in addition to tutorials I sometimes talk about where I am at-
because maybe that's where you are at and maybe we can encourage each
other to keep on doing what we do...or are meant to do;
Today is one of those days.

The other day I told you to speak life into your dreams.
This is kind of a continuation to that post.
I am reminding myself in this journal page
that although storms may come I will not be swayed
and I will prepare for what is coming.

It is easy to get disheartened.  Especially when things happen
like the recent tragedy at the Boston Marathon. It is devastating
how many people were hurt, lost their lives and loved ones.
That is even more reason to pull it together and
become more determined to do what
you are called to do.

1.belief or trust: belief in, devotion to, or trust in somebody or
something, especially without logical proof

Prepare- there will be storms...
and opposition.
and failed attempts...
but isn't it better to have tried?

There is a song in my head right now that says

We fall down but we get up
for a saint is just a sinner who fell down
and got up.
                             (We Fall Down- Donnie McClurkin )

We have to keep trying, moving forward toward our goals and dreams.
Have faith and get your umbrellas out!

This scripture comes to mind;

For God has not given us the spirit of fear,
but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
                                      2 Timothy 1:7

Fear is a temporary distraction, don't let it become your focus;
if you mess up (and you will) keep trying, keep preparing.
Anything you do towards your goals/dreams,
no matter how small a step, is progress.

Go is not finished yet so don't give up!
