The Best Days

If you want to have a meaningful conversation with a teenager get in the car. No really! I don't know why but when you get in the car with a teenager they start talking! So I am in the car with my oldest and she says "Mom, you have to hear this song! Everytime I hear it I think of you." Well we listened to it together, I am in tears and she says " Mom, we have a pretty good life." I said "Yeah baby, we do."

The song is "The Best Day" by Taylor Swift. Here are the lyrics in case you can't read them on the layout.

Well that was more than enough for me to want to scrap this moment! It's on these days when you feel like you did something right! (Love that girl!)

I sprayed the cardstock and the flowers with Maya Mist. The border is from Basic Grey, Nook and Pantry Doily Yellow and Cream. I also inked the edges with Distress Ink in Broken China. TFL!
